On Request Products

3.2 On Request or Out of Stock Products

Any of the products marked on request can still be ordered provided is not out of stock.

Products marked available in some certain days not exceeding 7 days can still be ordered provided is not out of stock.

If On Request, Go ahead and place your order, an email will be sent to you within 5 working days detailing how long the order will take to be dispached to you or if the order is totally out of stock.

In the case where the order is totally out of stock a full refund will be made to you following the cancellation of the order.

When an on request order is placed and an email is sent to the customer confirming its availability, it will not exceed 14 working days for the order to be dispached to the customer.

On request products/orders are simply products not currently in our store but might be available in our warehouse and that of our supplier and manufactures.
