Delivery

Our major delivery and shipping company is Royal Mail and DHL, once your order is shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email from us with the tracking number of your order and a further email from the Shipping company you selected as your prefered delivery company during your checkout confirming your order dispatched and providig you with your order tracking number and delivery details

Delivery

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Vivacity shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

3.1 Delivery and Shipping Charges

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days.

We will send your order by standard class Royal Mail or DHL, so if you live in the UK you can expect to receive your package with your normal post within 5 working days.

Post and packaging Using Royal Mail is charged per order, not per item as follows

£3.95 to a UK address

£5.95 to an address in Europe

£7.95 world wide

For DHL is £13.95 GBP

Note. Free delivery apply to all order totalling £149.99 or above,

Overnight delivery (UK only)

For an additional £3.00, we can send your order by special delivery which is guaranteed to get you the next working day (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed by telephone before 2.30pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

Please note. That a delivery email and postal tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address if you provide us with your e-mail address when placing your order. Royal Mail also will require a signature upon delivery for special delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.
